Here are the winners of the Biodiversity Action Award Japan 2015!
The Biodiversity Action Award was established in 2013 by the Japan Committee for the United Nations Decade on Biodiversity to award exceptional activities that promote biodiversity. This year, the third anniversary of the award, we have once again received numerous entries from all across Japan. The judges have selected winners from among 135 entries, and the Grand Prize was awarded to “Let’s get rid of abandoned bamboo forests by eating bamboo” (by Specified Non-Profit Corporation Kamome [Seagull]).
